FAQ
How do you deliver my dictated work
Our dictated work is sent either by attachments to email or by secure file transfer system. We are happy to work with our customers to provide them with a service that fits their systems.
Do you provide one off or ad hoc services?
No. Our incredibly low pricing and quality requirements depend upon an ongoing customer relationship. We do not however insist on minimum minutes.
